CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2025/2026 CO-OP YEAR
If a family must leave the co-op before the end of the year, upon written request, the remaining tuition will be refunded on a prorated basis, from the end of the month of the date of the request (not from the date the member family stopped attending). Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the request. Refunds are not available for cancellations due to inclement weather. There are no refunds or make-up days for sessions missed by a family due to personal reasons or illness.
We are not able to refund the fees that PayPal charges to process your payment. The refund will be the prorated amount of tuition refund you are due minus any PayPal fees. If you request a refund before the co-op year begins, you will be refunded the full amount of your tuition minus the PayPal fees.
We operate in all weather conditions. We rarely close due to weather; however, if there are extreme and/or unsafe weather conditions, such as blizzards, active thunderstorms, high winds, unsafe driving conditions, or extreme cold, we may need to close. Current members will be notified in a timely fashion if a closure is necessary.
Your family may safely attend co-op if you:
Have LINGERING and mild cold/flu symptoms (without fever) after recovering from said cold/flu.
Have been fever-free for at least 72 hours WITHOUT medication. It’s very important to wait at least 12 hours after the last dose of medication (i.e., Tylenol, ibuprofen, etc.) before checking the temperature. It is also important to wait most of a day to be sure the fever is gone; many times, a person’s temperature goes down in the morning but rises again in the afternoon.
Have a stomachache but do not have a fever, vomiting or diarrhea. (It is often challenging in the rush of the morning to know if a stomachache is going to develop into something more serious. In general, it is okay to attend co-op with a stomachache unless you or your child(ren) are unable to eat, and this is something out-of-the-ordinary.
Your family should NOT attend co-op if you:
Have a fever of more than 99 degrees. It is important to use a thermometer to measure a fever. Touching a forehead isn’t an accurate way to measure body temperature (although if you can feel that your child is hot by touching their forehead, no need to use a thermometer – please keep them home!).
Have vomited two or more times within the past 24 hours. A single episode of vomiting can be caused by a variety of non-illness related issues. However, vomiting two or more times is a sign of a contagious condition.
Have diarrhea. It can be difficult to know when diarrhea is more than a loose bowel movement. Two or more episodes of watery stools, particularly if accompanied with nausea, a fever, or other signs of illness, is a sign of a contagious illness.
Have RECENT ONSET cold/flu/COVID-19 symptoms such as a fever, chills, runny nose, cough, sore throat, loss of taste/smell, malaise, fatigue, or headache.

Co-op is a great opportunity for in-person, mixed-age interactions. While at co-op, we encourage all members (adults and kids/youth) to limit their screen use. Although we hope this will be a limited/rare occasion, a child may offer use and/or viewing of their digital device to another child(ren) only after receiving consent from the other child(ren)’s parent. Before sharing photos with others (either directly or on social media), please obtain consent from the parents of all other children in the picture.
